After School Guitar Class
🎸 Grades 3 and Up | Tuesdays, 3:45–4:30 PM
We’re excited to offer an engaging guitar class for students in grades 3 and up, led by Mr. Cole Holland.
Classes will be held after school on Tuesdays from 3:45–4:30 PM. Students will explore the fundamentals of guitar playing, including:
Proper instrument technique
Chords and melodies
Music reading
Playing by ear
Note: This class requires a minimum of 7 students to run.
💲 Program Commitments
$115 per Quarter
You will be invoiced via QuickBooks and may pay by ACH or credit card.
First quarter is prorated by half since class officially starts on September 10th (Mr. Holland will be away the first few weeks of school).Full-Year Commitment Required
Learning guitar takes time, practice, and perseverance. A full-year commitment helps students succeed and ensures consistency for our teaching staff. If issues arise, please reach out to discuss them—we want to support your child before approving any disenrollment.
🎸 Guitar Requirement
Students will need their own guitar for class. Since guitars are relatively affordable and hold their resale value well, we recommend purchasing one. Please choose one of the following models:
📎 Additional Costs
There may be minor incidental expenses, such as sheet music or accessories (picks, tuners, etc.). If purchasing through Music & Arts, we recommend getting the “instrument care kit”—it contains essential tools and is not an upsell.
🎯 Practice Expectations
As with any instrument, progress comes with regular effort. We recommend students practice a minimum of 4 times per week, for about 30 minutes per session, adjusting based on age and focus level.
